I absolutely love the patch! Really calming when you need it & I sleep like a baby too these days!

The calm patch helps me to take a beat & get through the day with a more mellow mindset

This is a great alternative for my kids to help them fall asleep. I recommend it to all of my families who have kids that are opposed to swallowing a pill or like alternative to melatonin.

My twin teenage daughters both are diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder. We have tried everything even medication and nothing has helped. Don’t know if these are the placebo effect or not, but they seem to absolutely help them when they’re in the throes of a full on panic attack. It’s been helping them to fall asleep, which has been a huge struggle for them, and I will continue to purchase these just because they give some sort of relief to them!
