Help with anxiety

I bought these while on a trip when I saw they had magnesium in them. I’ve been taking magnesium to help with sleep and anxiety for a few years. Magnesium is easier to absorb when applied topically. Within 5 minutes of wearing the patch I instantly feel back to normal. I put them on in the middle of panic attacks and have felt a sense of relief. My anxiety is very body related- sped up heart rate, tension and not being able to focus my gaze. These have been a life saver, seriously. It must be just what my body needs! So grateful for these patches.
