I really like these

I gave 4 stars only because I get redness and itching around the patch which is indicative of an allergy to the adhesive.

So far, I have found the focus and energy patches to be the most effective and useful for my long 12-hour shifts at work. I put them on about 4 hours into my shift so I can get a full 8 hours of sustained energy and focus overnight until I go home. The focus patch instantly makes me calm and less bothered or anxious during stressful situations. I got the variety pack so I do use all of them at different times for different things, but so far I have been loving them! This is a great option for people like me who cannot take vitamin pills due to stomach upset. I highly recommend them!

Love it!

I got this product for a friend who loves them! She is extremely satisfied with them. She hasn't be able to sleep but with these patches she has been getting excellent sleep.
