Wow!

I just want to say I bought the calm patch on a whim, without even knowing if they would work. I'm a highly stressed and anxious person. I'm talking, I get the shakes when I talk to anyone longer than a minute, I have panic attacks while driving longer than 30 minutes, and I also have those what if thoughts all day long, like what if someone breaks into my house while I'm home (I'm a stay at home mom), what if I get a flat tire on the highway and drive off the bridge, those thoughts consume me all day everyday. I know, I should probably seek a therapists help but that's out of my budget right now, but these aren't. I've been wearing them for 6 days now and I don't remember the last time I was this relaxed and calm. I hung out with my kids friends mom all day, on day three and I had a blast, I wasn't anxious or nervous at all. A little awkward but who isn't when making a new friend. I had a doctors appointment an hour from my house one way, and I drove it alone and was completely fine. I did tell my doctor about these because I am epileptic and she said she was happy I found something with minimal side effects and something I could use daily with my medication. It's a plus for my epilepsy too since stress is a trigger.
